A manager is a man who decides; sometimes he decides right, but always he decides. Decision-making is about intentionally opting for one choice from two or more, proactively to optimise a situation or outcome and not let it happen by default. Managers consider decision-making as their core role because they always choose what to do, who to do when to do, where to do and how to do it.
