There are two basic questions for executives:

• How to establish a successful Organizational Unit, how to create a successful Organization?
• What are the features that should characterise the executives’ behaviour if they want to “win” their staff and lead their team to achieve excellent – unusual results?

This presentation aims to provide guidance on

• how to act as a leader, create a vision, inspire your team, mobilise your staff to give their best all the time.
• how to build your team on a way that they feel and act like a punch.
• how to create an appropriate culture and team environment.
• and finally how to lead your team to achieve excellent – unusual results.

This presentation is based on a 4.5 hours leadership seminar that was held at the Track Directorate of the Greek Railways Organization, on Saturday 17/10/2009 with the participation of 12 members of the Directorate. With the active involvement of the participants, through very fruitful discussion, the vision of the Directorate has been articulated (Kostas Tzanakakis, Director).
