Change Management (Course Code L300)

A guide to understanding the necessity of change in organisations and strategies to manage changes successfully.

Change is the disruption of the status quo. Generally, people are comfortable with a well-established way of life, and they don’t like changes.

Changes in an organisation include high risk and are the most earth-shaking things an Organization can do. But a successful reorganisation can set the organisation on the path to future success like nothing else can.

After attending this course, you will be able to:

  • understand what change is and why change is important for an Organization.
  • understand why people are resisting to change and how to manage resistance to change and
  • develop change strategies to change: how to plan the changing process, so that we can start to change and be successful!!!
